4 weeks already....

I can't believe its already been 4 weeks since Deakon's been here. It seems like time is going by so fast already.

Deakon is doing really good! We go back on the 2nd for his 1 month check up and weight check. He is eating about every 3 hours. Sometimes, he stretches it to 4. He has definitely put on a little weight...he is finally fitting into newborn clothes. He is also wearing newborn diapers. Although he is small, he is a strong little stinker. He has REALLY good head control already! I think he is really starting to look like his daddy, but we have heard many different things. He loves to lay on his daddy's chest or on his belly. We are nursing really well! Its not a stressful thing anymore...I'm so proud of him for learning how to nurse after having the bottle in the NICU! We have had a few long nights; up every hour, not sleeping at all, wanting to be held. But most nights he wakes up twice to eat and have his diaper changed and is back asleep within a hour. Hopefully, he will stick to this routine instead of the other. Keagan is still loving him, giving him kisses at least 60 times a day. And Farren has decided that he is way cooler than Keagan. =) Overall, we are doing really well. He is such a little cutie, we are so blessed to have this little guy in our lives!!
