Weight update....

I haven't updated on weight in a while, so I figured it was time. I am now down 32 pounds. Which I am very happy about, but still have more to lose. I am hoping to knock off another 9 pounds by Chris's birthday, April 4th. Hopefully I will be able to reach my goal!!

The more goals I meet the easier it is to stay motivated!!!

And congrats to my fellow blogger friend Brooke! She has been dieting as well, and hit the 30 pound mark! Woooooohooooo!!!!

Weight loss update....

Well, thanks to another stomach bug, I am still doing good with my weight loss. I got another 24 hours stomach bug yesterday and lost 2 more pounds from it. This one was much worse. I also ran a 103 fever with this one. I literally felt like I was dying. My eyelids, tounge, and ears all felt like they were on fire. Yuck!! Anyways, I weighed myself this morning and I have now lost 24 pounds!!! Woohoo!! Go me! Although I still want to lose more, I am very happy about this!!

Staying motivated....

Well, I figured since I am probably done having kids.....probably....ha ha! Just kidding...we are done. Anyway, I figure its time to lose the baby weight and the happy marriage weight. =) Now seems like the perfect time. Its the beginning of a new year, I can no longer breastfeed, and well, I'm just tired of carrying it around. =) I started a new diet last tuesday and as of today, I have lost 13 pounds. Not to shabby. Hopefully, by summer, I will have shed all the weight I want to . Not that I will ever be able to wear a bikini again, thanks to c sections and stretchmarks. =) Soooooooooo...here is to staying motivated! And to anyone out there trying to shed some baby weight, or just trying to shed weight. Good luck, I'm right there with you!!!

2 weeks...

Its already been 2 weeks!! How crazy!! We are doing wonferful in the Stuart house. Deakon had his 2 week check up yesterday and has gained 6 ounces, he is now weighing in at 6 pounds 4 ounces. His cord has already fallen off and he has a cute little belly button now. The plastiball from his circumcision has not fallen off yet and was suppose to by friday, so they advised us to clean it with peroxide and put vaseline on it every diaper change. And just in 1 day it is now hanging by a thread. YAY!! He is already smiling and if I can find the cord to download pics from my phone I got an AWESOME pic of it!! I am feeling good too. I think my blood pressure is getting back to normal and I should be able to stop my meds soon. My incision is healing up nicely. Although it still hurts to do anything to big, I am definitely liking being able to do stuff again. =) Here are some pictures that we have taken over the week and played with. He is such a handsome little guy....I have a feeling he is going to look like his daddy!!

My stinker is 17 months old. Already. Wow. I can't believe how much time has past since I first held her. She is growing like a weed mentally and physically. We went back to the doctor today for a check up to make sure her ear infection was gone and she weighed 21 pounds and was 30 1/2 inches tall! She is big and little all at the same time. Her new favorite breakfast food is oatmeal, but she still loves waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, and pop tarts too. She really really likes chicken, diced up carrots, corn, peas, noodles, spaghetti, ramen noodles, hamburger helper, potatoes, and mac and cheese for dinner time. Her new favorite word is "thank you" and I could listen to her say this all day long. She says it when she hands you something or when somethign is done for her or she does something for you. It is the cutest thing in the world! Some of her other favorite words are ming ming, duck, oh yeah, yes, no, bye bye, momma, dada, meme, drink, bite, night night, tee tee, and uh uh. She is so funny and sweet all the at the same time. She can sign and tell you what she wants or show you if she needs to. She understands small commands and will retrieve items you ask her to get. She now has two blankies....hers and one that was suppose to be for her brother. But, she has taken it over. =) She loves Finding Nemo, and Monstes Inc., and could watch them all day over and over. She loves bath time and takes them by herself, with mommy, and with daddy. We catch her climbing in the tub every time we get ready to take a shower. She loves to have her toenails painted. They are blue with white flowers right now....just like mommys. She goes to bed on her own and chooses if she wants mommy or daddy to put her to bed at night. She is sleeping about 11 hours at night and about 2 1/2 hours during the day. She loves to cheese for the camera....hence, the last picture. She loves to help with laundry, and will pull things out for me one at a time. I could ramble on forever...so I will just say that she is sucha a good baby and so much fun and joy to be around. We love you little stinker!!
